A double/family en-suite comprising of a double bed and a single sofa bed.

Redhouse Farm B&B offers a stylish ground-floor double room which overlooks the pony paddocks and countryside views.

Enjoy our stylish accommodation, complete with spacious en-suite facilities including a walk in shower. All our accommodation is separate from the main house so offers privacy and a relaxing place to stay.

Double bed with single sofa bed, en-suite shower room, digital TV, Free WIFI, USB sockets, refreshment tray, hairdryer, radio/alarm and toiletries. Ironing facilities are available on request.

From £100 per night 2 adults + 1 child between 6 and 12 years on sofabed

The shower has a low level tray for easy access and grab rails for ease of use. A fold out shower stool is available in the room.

Important Information

 

Payment is by cheque or cash on arrival (cheques made payable to Karen Underwood) or by bank transfer (BACS) please ask for bank details.

 

A deposit of £30 per night per room is required to secure a booking.

 

Deposits are non-refundable, therefore we recommend you have adequate travel insurance. (If we cannot trade on your reservation date due to Government restrictions your booking can be moved to different dates subject to availability or your deposit refunded). 

 

Both rooms are in the converted stable block and are connected by the entrance hall so perfect for family or friends to stay together.

 

At times of peak demand, such as Lincoln Christmas Market, Steampunk, Lincolnshire Show, summer season weekends, Bank Holiday weekends etc 

 

Full room rates will apply and all rooms may be subject to a 2 night minimum stay.

 

Between Christmas and New Year –  I offer Bed no Breakfast to allow guests to have a base when visiting relatives. If this of interest to you please telephone for details.

 

All prices are per room and include a full English breakfast, with special dietary requirements catered for on request. Free Wifi is available in all rooms. We have ample parking next to the rooms and if you have a vintage vehicle and would like it under cover we can arrange for you to park in our open oak garage.

CHRISTMAS MARKET

 

Christmas Market bookings are minimum 2 nights and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your stay. Deposits are non-refundable and if you cancel once your balance is paid no refunds are issued and we advise you to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance.

 

 

Dogs are not allowed in the rooms.

 

For the safety and comfort of all our guests we operate a NON-SMOKING policy throughout the premises.

 

Arrival time is between 4pm and 7pm. However, if this is not convenient please contact us and we will endeavour to make arrangements to suit. No check in after 9.30pm unless previously arranged.

 

Check out time is 10 am on day of departure.

 

Breakfast is served in the main house dining room:

7.15 – 8.45 am weekdays

8.00 – 9.00 am weekends

 

Early breakfasts can be arranged by prior agreement.
