Welcome

Karen and John Underwood welcome you to Redhouse Farm. A delightful, peaceful countryside Bed and Breakfast.

We are situated only 2 miles from the Cathedral City of Lincoln and 10 miles from Newark with easy access to the A46/A1.

The well presented guest rooms and apartment are in separate buildings within the grounds of the main house offering a private and relaxing stay, with ample parking alongside each. All the guest accommodations look out over our pony paddocks and open countryside towards the Lincoln skyline.

We have a peaceful picnic orchard and wildlife pond area for guests to relax in. For B&B guests, our breakfasts are served in the main house dining room which has a delightful view of our cottage garden.

We serve a selection of breakfasts from full English to light bites, which includes a choice of local sausages, smoked salmon and of course eggs from our own free range hens. Vegetarian and gluten free options always available.

First time at Redhouse but definitely not the last. Obviously due to the current restrictions we took our own breakfast but there was tea and coffee making in the room. Great to be able to sit in the orchard and have breakfast. Would love to return and try the breakfast because I expect it would be wonderful Comfy bed and great shower

John and Karen are extremely welcoming. The apartment is stocked with everything you need. The area is very peaceful. It's soo lovely here we have booked a week next year already. It's worth getting up extra early to watch the sunrise on the cliffs of Lincoln city from our bedroom window.

This was our first visit to Redhouse Farm and we chose to stay in the self catering option in the Oakloft. What a wonderful time we had, if you want somewhere to relax this is definitely the place to go. We took our bikes and were able safely lock them in a shed after our rides. We planned two 50 mile rides and the quiet country roads were perfect for a relaxing cycle around the area, we managed to find some lovely country pubs to have a nice lunch whilst out riding...

Excellent in every way Karen made us very welcome. The sunrises we woke up to were unbelievable. The Breakfast was excellent with so much choice it was hard to decide what to have. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and had a good range of tea and coffee. Location

We are located approx 1 mile from Doddington village the home of the renowned farmshop/restaurant and Elizabethan Hall and gardens, Doddington Hall. We are within walking distance of Whisby Nature Park and Whisby Natural World Centre . Which is ideal for a morning walk or run, a spot of bird watching or even a whole day of rambling around the park!

There are plenty of local country pubs in the nearby villages offering a good selection of local food from restaurant quality to more simple ‘pub lunch’ fare. On the nearby stretch of the Lincoln bypass are several well known family restaurants/pubs (Frankie & Benny’s, Brewers Fayre etc). Redhouse Farm Bed and Breakfast is also well located for business accommodation, being less than 2 miles away from the Teal Park/West Central Business Park area of Lincoln and wider business areas via the A46.
